Section 19(1) in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
(1)The minutes of the proceedings of the Committee shall be drawn up by the Member-Secretary and circulated to all the members present in India and the minutes along with any amendments suggested shall be placed for confirmation at the next meeting of the Committee.
