19. Minutes of meetings.
(1)The minutes of the proceedings of the Committee shall be drawn up by the Member-Secretary and circulated to all the members present in India and the minutes along with any amendments suggested shall be placed for confirmation at the next meeting of the Committee.(2)After the minutes are confirmed and signed by the Chairman or the member who presided at the meeting, they shall be recorded in a Minutes' Book which shall be kept open for the inspection of the members at all times during office hours.
