An Act to amend the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1862.It is hereby enacted in the Fifteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-* (Received the assent of the Governor on 22th April, 1964 and published in the "Gujarat Government Gazette" on the 29th April 1964)(i)for the word "seven" the word "ten" shall be substituted; (ii)in clause (a), for the word "two" the word "three" shall be substituted; (iii)in clause (d), for the word "two" the word "four" shall be substituted.
