- The procedure of selection for persons eligible for awards shall be as follows : -4.1The norms of selection and format of the entry form shall be decided by the Director Public Instructions.4.2Director Public Instructions shall invite entries through an advertisement in main state level newspapers.4.3Entries shall be submitted to the District Education Officer of the concerned district.4.4District Education Officers shall forward the entries to the Director Public Instructions after examining them.4.5Director Public Instructions shall after examination submit the entries for decision regarding awards to the jury.4.6Jury shall select the persons eligible for awards after considering the entries by the Director Public Instructions.4.7The decision of the Jury shall be final.
