Section 132(2) in The Karnataka Education Act, 1983
(2)The provisions contained in the proviso to sub-section (1) and in subsections (2) and (3) of section 131 shall, so far may be, apply in respect of any proceeding under this section as they apply to a proceeding under subsection (1) of that section.
