Section 1(11) in Memorandum of Settlement Regarding the Engineering Industries of Bihar
(11)The question relating to the definition and scope of the term 'Engineering Industry' will be decided in accordance with the recommendations of the Central Wage Board for Engineering Industry as contained in Annexure 'B' of the Level Settlement dated the 14th March, 1979.
