Section 18 in The Delhi Prevention of Touting and Malpractices Against Tourists Act, 2010
18. Repeal of Delhi Ordinance 1 of 2010 and saving.
(1)The Delhi Prevention of Touting and Malpractices against Tourists Ordinance, 2010 (Delhi Ordinance 1 of 2010) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
