Section 78(1) in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017
(1)Where the allottee to whom an accommodation has been allotted is not a permanent Government servant, he shall execute a surety bond in the form prescribed in this behalf by the Central Government with a surety who shall be a permanent Government servant serving under the Central Government for due payment of licence fee and other charges due from him in respect of such accommodation and any other accommodation provided in lieu.
