Transfer of cases from one Revenue Officer to another. - A Revenue Officer may at any time transfer any pending suit, application or proceeding under this Act from the file of any Revenue Officer acting under this Act to the file of any other Revenue Officer so acting, who is fully authorised to entertain and decide such suit, application or proceeding.
