14. Director to prepare development plans.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Director shall,-(a)prepare an existing land use map;(b)prepare a development plan;(c)x x x(d)carry such surveys and inspections and obtain such pertinent reports from Government departments local authorities and public institutions as may he necessary for the preparation of the plans;(e)perform such duties and functions as are supplemental, incidental, and consequential to any of the foregoing or as may be assigned by the State Government for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
