Section 3(c) in Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms (Chapter III) Rules, 1961
(c)A receipt for the books, accounts or other documents seized and taken into possession, shall be given on the spot immediately after making the search, by the person seizing to the person from whose possession they are seized and taken.
