Learned counsel representing respondent No.1, prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file reply.
Though, as per report of the Registry, notices issued to respondents No.2 to 6 are still awaited, but learned counsel representing the petitioner states that as per instructions imparted to him, dasti notices stand served on them, but those have been not returned to this Court till date. Order with regard to service of aforesaid respondents shall be passed, on the next date of hearing, by which time, dasti notices served, shall be received in the Court.
