Section 103(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-regulation (1), the prospectus shall contain:(a)the disclosures specified in Schedule to Companies (Issue of Indian Depository Receipts) Rules, 2004; and(b)the disclosures in the manner as specified in Part A of Schedule XIX.
