Section 237 in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
237. Repair of damaged scaffold.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)no building worker is permitted to work on a scaffold, which has been damaged or weakened unless adequate safety measures have been taken to ensure the safety of such building worker;(b)necessary warning signs are displayed at such places where repairs of scaffold are undertaken;
