Section 1 in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972.(2)It extends to whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
