Section 9B(1) in First Statutes of the Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur
(1)The Equivalence Committee will consist of the following and the term of nominated members will be for a period of three years.(i)All the Deans of the Faculties;(ii)One Head of Department from each Faculty to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(iii)The Committee shall elect its own Chairman.
