(e)Where the lighting and ventilation requirements are not met through day lighting and natural ventilation, the same shall be ensured through artificial lighting and mechanical ventilation as per Part VIII Building Services Section 1 Lighting and Ventilation of National Building Code of India published by the Indian Standards Institution.]
