Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Single Window Clearance Act, 2002
(1)The Government may, by notification, constitute Special Single Window Clearance Committees for any specified purpose, specified area or specified sector and delegate to them such powers and functions as the Government may deem fit.
