29. Late Payment Surcharge.
- 29.1 In case the payment of any bill for charges payable under these Regulations is delayed by an Open Access customer beyond the due date, without prejudice to any action under the Act or any other regulation thereunder, a late payment surcharge at the rate of 1.25 per cent (%) per month shall be levied.
