Section 53(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(3)The schedule for collection of answer- books shall be circulated to all the conductors of examination indicating the names of the authorised officials appointed for collection of the answer papers with their specimen signature duly attested by the Secretary of the Board.
