Section 86(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)Any Faculty, Officer, Teacher or other employees of the University shall, as the Chancellor may direct, serve in a Government department or an educational or research institution on deputation at the disposal of the University in the public interest: Provided that the terms and conditions offered to him shall not be less favorable than those admissible to him in the University and that full benefit of his previous service shall be allowed to him.
