Section 9(a) in Rules for the Departmental Examination of the Assistant Controllers of Accounts and Deputy Controllers of Accounts Finance (Audit) Department, 1963
(a)An officer who intends to appear at the Departmental Examination shall send an intimation to that effect to the Controller of Accounts not later than the first day of April in the case of First Half-yearly Examination and not later than the first day of August in the case of the Second Half-yearly Examination.
