Section 6(2) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(2)If a vacancy occurs in the office of a member of the Board through death, resignation, removal or otherwise, the vacancy shall be filled up in the manner as provided under Section 4 of the Act.
