Section 30(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)Any candidate who has appeared at an examination conducted by the Board may apply direct to the Secretary for the scrutiny of his marks in any theory subjects.
