6. Direction, supervision, etc.
(1)The general superintendence over the Auxiliary Armed Police Force in respect of all matters shall vest in the State Government.(2)The overall administration and direction of the force shall vest in the Director General of Police.(3)Subject to the above and to the provisions of this Act, the command and supervision of the force shall vest in the Superintendent of Police of the concerned Police District.
