(2)Every such application for registration shall be in duplicate and shall be accompanied by '(i)A Demand Draft of Rs.2,000/- in favour of the Market Committee drawn on any Nationalized/Co-operative Bank payable at its Headquarters, and(ii)Passport size photograph of the applicant or the person authorized along with the following particulars-(a)Name of the applicant or authorized person.(b)Place and particulars of business for which registration is required, and(c)Such other information as may be required.
