Section 36 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
36. Information to be furnished by the Council and Publication thereof.
(1)The Council shall furnish such reports, copies of its minutes, abstract of its accounts and other information to the Government as the Government may require.(2)The Government may publish, in such manner as it thinks fit, any report, copy, abstract or other information furnished to it under this Section.
