Section 31(1) in First Statutes of the Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur
(1)The Syndicate shall take all steps to have the annual report of the University prepared under its directions as provided for in the Act and the Statutes for submission to the Senate at least four weeks before the date fixed for the annual meeting of the Senate.
