Section 23(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)Every ballot paper shall have counterfoil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in Form-IX and separate for the election of president and members of managing committee.
