23. Form of ballot paper.
(1)Every ballot paper shall have counterfoil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in Form-IX and separate for the election of president and members of managing committee.(2)The names of the candidates shall be shown on the ballot papers in the same manner and arranged in the same order in which they appear in the list of contesting candidates prepared under sub-rule(2) rule 21.(3)The particulars on the ballot paper shall be in Hindi in Devnagri script.(4)The ballot paper shall be serially numbered, the serial numbers being printed or written on the counterfoil and on the front of the ballot paper.(5)The symbol allotted to the candidates under rule 21 shall be shown alongside the same of the candidate on the ballot paper.(6)The space allotted to each candidate on the ballot paper shall have the same dimensions.(7)The line of the shaded area separating the space provided for different candidates shall be the same on the ballot paper.
