24. Scales of pay.
(1)The scales of pay of the persons appointed to the various categories of posts in the service whether substantive, temporary or in an officiating capacity shall be such as may be determined by the Government from time to time.(2)The scales of pay in force at the time of the commencement of these rules are as show in Appendix A' to these rules.
