Section 76(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)The use of spiral stairs shall be limited to low occupancy land and to a building of height of 9 metres unless they are connected to platforms, such as balconies and terraces to allow escapes to pause.
