Section 37(11) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(11)incur expenditure chargeable to contingencies as under:-(i)Non-recurring expenditure up to Rs. 5,000/- in each case, or up to such limits as may be specified by the Board by order in writing in this behalf;(ii)Recurring expenditure up to Rs. 1200/- per annum in each case or within such limits as may be determined by the Board by order in writing with full powers in regard to printing of Question Papers and incurring expenditure thereof.
