Section 124(1) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(1)The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all workplaces where excavation or tunnelling works are carried out shall be adequately illuminated in accordance with the relevant national standards.
