Section 8(3) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(3)The scope of the Annual Performance Review shall be a comparison of the performance of the Generating Company or Licensee with the approved forecast of aggregate revenue requirement and expected revenue from tariff and charges and shall comprise the following:(a)A comparison of the audited performance of the applicant for the previous financial year with the approved forecast for such previous financial year and truing up of expenses and revenue subject to prudent check including pass through of impact of uncontrollable factors ;(b)Computation of the sharing of gains and losses on account of controllable factors for the previous year ;(c)Revision of estimates for the ensuing financial year, if required, based on audited financial results for the previous financial year.
