(7)(a)The Rabindra Bharati (Temporary Supersession) Act, 1975 (hereinafter referred to in this sub-section as the said Act) shall stand repealed with effect from the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette.(b)Notwithstanding such repeal, -(i)until the appointed day, the Rabindra Bharati University Council, referred to in clause (b) of section 4 of the said Act, shall continue to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties in the manner and on the terms and conditions provided in the said Act, and(ii)anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
