Section 55(7)(a) in The Rabindra Bharati Act, 1981

(a)The Rabindra Bharati (Temporary Supersession) Act, 1975 (hereinafter referred to in this sub-section as the said Act) shall stand repealed with effect from the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette.
