Section 21(21) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014
21.2Every person who has been granted Open Access in accordance with these Regulations shall comply with the provisions of the Balancing and Settlement Code, to the extent made applicable to them:Provided that every such person may be required to pay such charges as may be provided in the Balancing and Settlement Code including charges for unscheduled use of the transmission system and unscheduled interchange of electricity.
