Section 22(2)(iv) in The Rabindra Bharati Act, 1981

(iv)[ one or more than one teacher shall be elected by the teachers of each Department of the faculty council from amongst themselves in the following manner:— [Substituted '(iv) one Teacher other than Professor from each of the Departments under the Faculty Council concerned elected jointly by such Teachers from amongst themselves;' by Act No. 12 of 2011, dated 25.1.2012.]
