Section 14(c) in The Bihar Forest Service Rules, 1953
(c)A candidate to whom a certificate for admission to the written examination has been issued under Rule 14 shall send the examination fee in accordance with Rule 12 so as to reach the Secretary of the Commission before such date as may be fixed by him on this behalf. Delay in this respect may render a candidate's name liable to be removed from the list of examinees.
