Section 265(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)The Board may, with the prior concurrence of the State Government, appoint an officer not below the rank of Deputy Labour Commissioner as Secretary of the Board.
