265. Appointment of Secretary, other Officer and Staff.
(1)The Board may, with the prior concurrence of the State Government, appoint an officer not below the rank of Deputy Labour Commissioner as Secretary of the Board.(2)The Board may appoint such other officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions :Provided that no post shall be filled up in the Board unless its creation has first been approved by the State Government.
