80C. Sending of estimates of requirement of morphine by the recognised medical institution - Sections 10, 71 and 78.
- Every recognised medical institution shall send their annual requirement of morphine in the format at Annexure III by 30th November of the preceding year along with the name and address of the supplier from whom they intend to buy it to the Drug Controller.
