Section 22(2) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(2)In the case of election other than those held for the first time under the Act, the Returning officer shall inform the President of the result and date of the election, who shall then publish the same in the Rajasthan Government Gazette. The Returning officer also send a report to the Government about the election.
