Section 99(b) in Kerala District Administration Act, 1979
(b)to assist the President the Secretary or any person acting under the orders of the district council 'remanding his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vesting in the President or the Secretary or such person under this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder, or for the performance of any function entrusted to any of them.
