Section 31(2) in Bihar Animal Sciences University Act, 2016
(2)The Vice-Chancellor shall be responsible, working through the appropriate officers of the University, for seeing that conditions are established whereby there is feasible progress in the development of new information and technology in the natural, physical and social sciences related to Veterinary & Animal Sciences and its transfer to the teaching curricula and other educational programme leading to their understanding and adoption where applicable in practice throughout the State.
