Section 26(1) in The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997
(1)Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, the Command Area Development Board may, having regard to resources of land and water, nature of soil, climate and other technical considerations, by an order, specify for each command area, principles of localisation for the purpose of "irrigation".
