Section 16(i) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(i)The annual transmission charges payable by a long-term customer for use of the transmission system shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of tariff notified by the Appropriate Commission from time to time and after deducting the adjustable revenue received from the short-term customers, these charges shall be shared by the long-term customers.
