Section 20(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(1)If a registered member dies naturally, the Special Tahsildar (Social Security Scheme) shall sanction a sum of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) to the nominee of the deceased registered member.
