32. Regulations.
(1)The Academic Council may, subject to the approval of the Board make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes.(2)The Regulations may provide for the exercise of all or any of the powers and functions enumerated in Section 20.(3)The Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette or on such other date as the Board may direct.
